Personal data
TAL is the controller of the personal data it processes, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”).
TAL processes personal data only where legally permitted, under the terms of the law, including the RODO. In particular, TAL processes personal data when it is necessary to do so:

to take action at the request of such a person before entering into a contract;

to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on TAL;

TAL retains the data until any withdrawal of consent (opting out of receiving information), and after withdrawal of consent only for the period of limitation of possible claims related to the processing of the data.

TAL processes personal data using appropriate, technical and organisational, security measures.
TAL processes personal data in an automated manner within the meaning of the RODO – the data is not subject to profiling.
The recipients of the data processed are, to the extent necessary: employees and associates of TAL; public authorities; entities processing personal data on behalf of TAL (e.g. those providing IT, accounting services).
Cookies
